We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
